Hugo Verlinde

Hugo Verlinde is a visual and digital artist.

As part of the new experimental cinema movement at the end of the 1990s, his films were selected to be shown in Europe, Asia and North America in film libraries and avant-garde film festivals.

Since 2005, his installations have been shown in galleries and contemporary art venues, most notably the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, Up Link in Tokyo, Ars Nova in Seoul and the Tate Modern in London.

Alongside his artistic work, he co-founded the ETNA in 1997 (a space for creating, training and exchanging on the subject of experimental cinema).
