Your questions, our answers.

Livraison, paiement, authenticité, conservation : voici tout ce qu'il faut savoir pour acquérir une œuvre numérique en toute sérénité. Pour le reste, on est là.

Est-ce que j’ai besoin de connaissances en art pour acheter ?

Not at all. Galerie Charlot was specifically designed so that everyone can enter the world of digital art, regardless of their level. Our My First program guides first-time collectors step by step — from discovering a work to having it installed in your home. If you have a question, a hesitation, or simply want to know more, we’re here.

Comment est livré une œuvre numérique ?

Each work comes with its high-definition files, its signed certificate of authenticity and the artist’s instructions for displaying it. Depending on the work, it can also be delivered on a dedicated device (screen, player, digital frame). Our team guides you through the installation, remotely or on site.

Le paiement en 3× est-il vraiment sans frais ?

Yes. Paying in 3 instalments via Alma is completely free for you: the total amount is simply split into three payments, with no interest or hidden cost. You choose this option at checkout, in just a few clicks.

L'œuvre est-elle unique ?

Each work is either a unique piece or a limited, numbered edition, and this is always stated on its page. In every case, it comes with a certificate of authenticity that attests to its origin and your ownership. You don’t own a simple file: you own an artwork.

Puis-je voir l'œuvre avant d'acheter ?

Of course. You can discover it at the gallery, on rue Charlot, or request a personalised video presentation if you are far away. Seeing a work come alive, in motion and at scale, changes everything. Book an appointment and we’ll show it to you.

Comment conserver une œuvre numérique ?

More simply than you might think. Keep your files on at least two supports (an external drive and the cloud, for example) together with your certificate of authenticity. For works delivered on a dedicated device, we pass on the artist’s recommendations. And if a format becomes obsolete, the gallery helps you migrate it.
